Sourcing policy

Our reporting is based on official, primary sources — the Dubai Land Department (DLD), government authorities, developers and established market-research firms. Numerical data (prices, volumes, indices) reflects the source at the time of publication and may change over time. Every article is signed by a real member of the Palmera team, with a dedicated author page, who carries editorial responsibility for it.

Corrections policy

If a factual error appears, we correct it in the body of the article as soon as possible. Spotted an inaccuracy? Write to us at team@palmera.realestate — we will check it and fix it.

Ownership & use of AI

Palmera is a real-estate investment company active in the UAE market. Some content may relate to projects or markets in which we operate, and we aim to present the information fairly and in a balanced way.

We use artificial-intelligence (AI) tools to scan the UAE property market and draft news copy — as a working tool only. Every article is reviewed, edited and approved by a member of the Palmera team before publication, under complete human oversight.
