Its two buildings, the five-floor Lux Golden Wave and the eight-floor Lux Home, share one gated plot, a garden and an underground car park. Both are residential buildings with mains gas to every apartment, sold on the developer's own interest-free instalments with no bank involved, and a purchase can be completed remotely in a day.
