About the project
Lux Home is an eight-floor residential building on the first beach line of Batumi's New Boulevard, at 32 Rejeb Nizharadze Street. The promenade is a minute's walk away and the city's largest park three minutes, with Metro City Mall about ten minutes off. LUX Group is building it on the same plot as its Lux Golden Wave, and the two share the territory: a landscaped garden with walking paths and an underground car park.
It is a compact, low-rise building rather than a tower. The layouts repeat from the second floor to the eighth, from studios of about 31 m² to one-bedroom apartments and two-bedroom units of around 100 m² at the building's rounded nose. Each apartment faces one way, towards the sea, the mountains, the city or the airport approach, and the roof is a shared terrace.
The structure is a monolithic frame with walls of expanded polystyrene building blocks, the building is connected to gas, and the windows are Isicam S Series double glazing with tempered Low-E glass and a ten-year manufacturer's warranty. Apartments can be taken in white frame, with windows, doors, screed, plastered partitions and plumbing and electrical points in place, or turnkey, with finishes, furniture and appliances installed by the developer's own team. LUX Group sells on interest-free instalments after a 15% down payment.
