About the project
Lux Golden Wave is a small club residence on the first coastline of Batumi's New Boulevard, at 37 Lech and Maria Kaczynski Street. The promenade is a minute's walk away, the city's largest park three minutes, and Metro City Mall about ten. LUX Group is building it on a gated, secured plot that it shares with its neighbouring Lux Home.
At five floors it is the opposite of the towers around it. Every apartment, from studios of about 30 m² to one-bedrooms of up to 80 m², has floor-to-ceiling windows and its own terrace, and each looks one way: towards the sea, the mountains, the city or the airport approach. The corner studios have especially large terraces. The frame is monolithic reinforced concrete with walls of expanded polystyrene blocks, mains gas runs to every apartment, and the windows are Isicam S Series double glazing with tempered Low-E glass and a ten-year manufacturer's warranty.
The roof is where residents gather: a leisure deck with a jacuzzi facing the sunset, a lounge, an open-air cinema and a sky bar. Below is a gated private garden. Residents park free in the courtyard or buy a space in the underground car park.
Apartments can be taken in white frame, with services in place and walls and floors levelled; in green frame, finished but without furniture and appliances; or turnkey, furnished and equipped. The developer also offers property management and maintenance, and a purchase can be completed remotely in a day with full legal support. Handover runs from December 2026 to June 2027.
