About the project
Lagoon Resort is a gated resort complex at 58e Adlia Street, in the Adlia district on Batumi's southern edge, five minutes from the sea and seven from Batumi International Airport. Homex is building it on more than 20,000 m² of private land, and the proportions say a lot about the project: 70% of the site is gardens, pools and open space, and only 30% is building.
The first phase is three nine-floor residential buildings, Blocks A, B and C. Ceilings are three metres high, the lifts are KONE, and the materials are travertine, double-layer tempered glass and floor-to-ceiling panoramic glazing. Studios are four metres wide where a standard studio is three. Apartments are handed over in white frame or turnkey, and the extended-stay apartments come with a premium renovation, designer furniture, Bosch and Samsung appliances and a smart home.
The leisure side is the reason to look at it. There are five pools, one of them a heated indoor lagoon of salt water with a sandy floor, and a 2,000 m² Recovery & Wellbeing centre with detox, sleep, thermal, cryotherapy, floating and oxygen programmes. Add a spa, massage rooms, a yoga hall and a gym, a children's club with its own pool and staff, a private cinema, a conference hall, co-working and a business centre, a restaurant, a grocery store and a wine shop.
HSC Group manages the resort and runs a rental pool by unit type: every unit of the same type earns the same, whatever its floor or view, and the management company carries the internal running costs. The second phase adds long-stay residences, a wellness quarter and a 150-room hotel, which the developer presents under the DoubleTree by Hilton brand.
