About the project
Adjara View is a gated complex of 26 villas in Adlia, on the southern edge of Batumi, a few steps from the New Boulevard and five minutes' walk, about 500 metres, from the Black Sea embankment. DB Holding is developing and building it as a club: one architectural style for every house, private landscaped grounds and access for residents only.
The villas range from 98 to 156 m², and their layouts are flexible. The buyer decides how many rooms there are, what each one is for and how they are arranged, within the shell of the house. Each villa can be handed over in white frame, ready for the owner's own finish, or turnkey with full finishing, and there is a standard specification as well as premium options.
The shared grounds are planned for families: a swimming pool, a fitness club, a barbecue area and a children's play area, with one private parking space for each villa. Security and CCTV run around the clock. DB Holding offers interest-free instalments until the end of 2027, the year the villas are due.
