SUMMER 365 is a gated residential quarter at 43 Kote Apkhazi Street, in the New Boulevard and Adlia area of Batumi, 480 metres from the sea. Lech and Maria Kaczynski Park and the beach are within walking distance, Metro City and the New Boulevard about five minutes away, and the airport four to five minutes by car. Smart Development is building it to a design by AI Architects.
The quarter is four buildings named after months of the year, June, July, August and September, from four to sixteen floors, holding 449 apartments around a closed courtyard that no car enters. The street façades are glazed brick and tile laid in a mashrabiya pattern; on the courtyard side, movable HPL panels shade the windows. Nine OTIS lifts serve the buildings, residents enter with FaceID, and parking is underground and on the surface.
About 7,000 m² of shared space turns the complex into a small neighbourhood. There is a wellness centre with four pools, a spa with saunas, a plunge pool and hammam, a gym with rooms for group training, martial arts and yoga, a co-working space with meeting rooms, a gastro market and food court, a kindergarten and children's development centre, a rooftop cocktail bar, a library café, a cinema, a golf simulator and a chess room, plus a restaurant, bakery, pharmacy and barbershop. The courtyard is planted with 45 kinds of evergreens and has a bamboo maze, fountains, a play stream, Kompan playgrounds and an open-air amphitheatre.
Apartments are delivered pre-finished, ready for paint, parquet, sanitaryware and furniture, with Ytong walls up to 30 cm thick, soundproofed screeds, thermally broken aluminium windows and a smart-home system installed by the developer. Renovation packages in seasonal design styles are available, with furnished options too. Prices are given on request.
