ANTA Group Development

ANTA Group is a developer from Ukraine, founded by the entrepreneur Anton Taranenko, that built in Kyiv and on Turkey's Antalya coast before coming to Bali. Its Indonesian company, PT ANTA Group Development, was registered in 2023 as a foreign-investment company. Its Bali projects are hotel-style complexes, where the apartments or villas come with a restaurant, a spa, a gym and a pool run as one operation. Three are in our catalogue: Anta Residence in Canggu, Anta Oasis near Pandawa Beach in Ungasan and Anta MediSpa Villas Resort in Uluwatu.

ANTA Group Development's record.

A Ukrainian developer that moved its building work abroad, first to Turkey and then to Bali, and works with international hotel names. Its founder, Anton Taranenko, also founded the Visit Ukraine travel portal. In Bali it is building in three different parts of the south: the busy streets of Canggu, the cliffs of the Bukit Peninsula near Pandawa Beach, and a hilltop in Uluwatu.

Delivery record

ANTA brings hotel operators into its Bali projects. Anta Residence is run by Ribas Hotels Group, an operator with more than 28 hotels under management, which handles day-to-day operation, sales, finance and legal support. In December 2025 Radisson Hotel Group signed ANTA Hotel Bali Canggu, 116 serviced apartments on the Batu Bolong shortcut, to its Radisson Individuals collection.

Serviced apartment complex
Anta Residence
One hundred and thirteen apartments on Batu Bolong, the main street of Canggu, seven minutes from the ocean. Three linked blocks sit under a wave-shaped roof that carries a jungle park and an infinity pool with an ocean view. The ground floor holds a restaurant, a cafe, a coworking space, a beauty and spa salon, a smart gym, a surf school and a children's area with a babysitter, and cars go down to an underground car park. A golf cart shuttles residents to the beach every thirty minutes. Ribas Hotels Group runs the complex.
Hotel, villa and townhouse complex
Anta Oasis
A one-hectare site on the Bukit Peninsula near Pandawa Beach, three minutes from the ocean by car or bike. It holds 138 homes: 95 hotel apartments in a four-storey block and 43 villas and townhouses of one to three bedrooms. The centre of the site is a lagoon pool of more than 700 square metres, and there is a rooftop infinity pool, a restaurant by the pool and another on the roof, a spa, a gym with a yoga studio, an open-air cinema and Camp 360, a children's camp with lessons in English and a surf school for ages four to sixteen. The land is held on a 50-year lease with an option to renew.
Wellness villa resort
Anta MediSpa Villas Resort
Fifty-eight private villas and a main building on a 10,400 square metre hilltop plot in Uluwatu, with jungle around it and ocean views. The resort is planned around a multi-level medical and wellness centre: diagnostics, preventive medicine, detox and longevity programmes, a sauna complex with thermal pools, hydrotherapy and cryotherapy, massage and Ayurvedic and Balinese rituals. A rooftop infinity pool, a jungle gym and two restaurants with ocean views complete it. The villas have their own gardens and pools.

ANTA builds for people who want hotel services at home. Each project comes with a restaurant, a spa, a gym, a pool and a children's programme, and two of the three are built around one big shared feature: a jungle rooftop with an infinity pool at Anta Residence, a lagoon pool of over 700 square metres at Anta Oasis. Anta MediSpa Villas Resort takes the idea furthest, with a medical and wellness centre at its heart.

Can a foreigner buy property from ANTA?+

Yes, on leasehold, the usual way foreigners hold property in Bali; freehold land is reserved for Indonesian citizens. At Anta Oasis the land is held on a 50-year lease with an option to renew. A lease is a contract with the landowner, so any renewal exists only as the lease writes it. When it ends, the land and the building go back to the owner unless an extension has been agreed.
