About the project

Anta MediSpa Villas Resort is a villa resort with its own health and longevity centre, which ANTA Group Development is building on a green hilltop in Uluwatu, in the south of Bali. The plan places a main building, a collection of 58 villas and the wellness centre on a 10,400 m² plot. The villas are set among jungle greenery and look out towards the ocean. Completion is planned for Q4 2028.

The homes on sale

The one-bedroom apartments measure 51 m². The one-bedroom villas come in two sizes, 90 m² and 120 m², and the two-bedroom villas have 180 m². Each villa has a private garden and its own pool, and the interiors combine designer finishes and quality materials with light Balinese touches. Parking is shared.

The health and longevity centre

The centre is planned over several levels. Its listed services are diagnostics, preventive medicine and biohacking, detox and longevity programmes, infusion therapy, anti-stress and sleep therapy, massage and body care, and Ayurvedic and Balinese rituals. There is also a sauna complex with thermal pools, hydrotherapy and cryotherapy. Elsewhere in the resort are a rooftop infinity pool, a jungle gym, lounge areas, a space for meetings and events, and two restaurants with ocean views: one serves healthy food, the other an à la carte menu. Beach access is on the amenity list as well.

About Uluwatu

The south-western cliffs of Bali: a sea temple, famous surf and hilltop villas above small beaches.

Uluwatu is the south-western tip of the Bukit Peninsula, inside the village of Pecatu in the South Kuta district of Badung. The name joins two old words, ulu, land's end, and watu, rock, and that is a fair description: limestone cliffs drop straight into the Indian Ocean, and on the highest point, 70 metres above the water, stands Pura Luhur Uluwatu, one of the nine temples that guard Bali, where a Kecak dance is performed on the cliff every evening at six. The reef breaks below the temple became famous after the 1972 surf film Morning of the Earth, and the coast has drawn surfers ever since. Between the cliffs lie short beaches, each with its own way down: Balangan, New Kuta Beach (once called Dreamland), Bingin, Impossibles, Padang Padang, where an international surf contest is held, Suluban, reached through a cave, and Nyang Nyang at the foot of a long stairway. Until recently this was a sparsely populated coast. Now resorts, boutique hotels, beach clubs and private villas line the hills, and in property listings the name stretches across much of the western Bukit, from Balangan round to Melasti. Foreign buyers acquire on long leases, as in the rest of Bali.
