About the project
Anta Oasis is a resort complex by ANTA Group Development in Ungasan, in the Bukit district of southern Bali, and it will join the Ramada Encore by Wyndham hotel network. On a one-hectare site the developer plans 138 homes: 95 apartments in a four-storey hotel block and 43 villas and townhouses around it. Water runs through the whole plan, from a lagoon pool of more than 700 m2 to an infinity pool on the roof. Homes are sold on a 50-year land lease with an option to renew, and completion is planned for Q4 2026.
The residences
The hotel block holds studios of about 31 m2 and one-bedroom apartments of 42 m2, each with a balcony on the developer's plan. One-bedroom villas and townhouses measure 60 to 80 m2, with the living room and kitchen opening onto a terrace and the bedroom on the level above. Two-bedroom townhouses of 133 m2 add a second bathroom, a plunge pool and a carport. The three-bedroom villa of 291 m2 rises over three levels with its own pool, a carport, en-suite bedrooms and a roof terrace. Owners of the two- and three-bedroom homes can use the hotel's facilities free of charge and get up to 25% off its paid services.
Pools, beach and services
The lagoon pool sits at the centre of the site, with a European restaurant beside it. On the roof are an infinity pool facing the ocean and a 50-seat restaurant serving the chef's own cuisine. A 50-seat coworking space looks out over the water. There is also a spa, a fitness centre with a cardio zone, a group exercise room and a yoga studio, an open-air cinema, an event hall, a grill area and a smart car wash. Guests of the complex have their own full-service private beach. For children aged 4 to 16, Camp 360 runs classes in English, a language school and surf lessons, and the concierge can arrange a personal chef, a babysitter or a driver.
Location and payment plan
ANTA Group puts the ocean three minutes away by bike or car, or fifteen minutes on foot, and the airport 33 minutes away. The developer's map shows Pandawa, Melasti and Green Bowl beaches and the Bukit Pandawa Golf & Country Club close by, and a helipad five minutes from the complex serves an air taxi that can meet you at the airport. The payment plan asks for 25% on booking and 65% during construction, with the final 10% due on handover.
