About the project
Al Hamra Greens is a residential neighbourhood by Al Hamra Developer inside Al Hamra Village, Ras Al Khaimah, directly opposite RAK Central, the emirate’s new business and leisure district. Its masterplan sets mid-rise and high-rise buildings among native trees, shaded paths and community green spaces. The apartments now on sale are in two of those buildings, Ghaf and Nakheel.
The project is sold off-plan. One-bedroom apartments follow a 50/50 plan: 20% on booking, 30% during construction and 50% on handover. Two- and three-bedroom homes pay 20% on booking, 10% during construction and 70% on handover.
The apartments
Al Hamra Greens offers one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments. One-bedroom homes start at 740 sq ft, two-bedroom homes at 1,168 sq ft and three-bedroom homes at 1,662 sq ft. Every layout has a balcony and a powder room for guests. The two- and three-bedroom plans add a laundry and storage room, and the three-bedroom plan also has a maid’s room and a second balcony.
Floor-to-ceiling windows bring daylight into the living rooms, and the developer’s plans show views towards the golf course and towards RAK Central. The interiors keep to soft whites, quiet browns, warm wood and touches of green. Kitchens are handed over equipped, and the apartments come unfurnished.
Amenities
The community has resort-style pools, a gym looking out over the greens, an indoor play area for children, a full-size basketball court and a paddle tennis court. There is a BBQ terrace and a pet-friendly park, and the roof has a picnic zone with its own BBQ area. A continuous jogging and cycling loop runs through the trees and gardens.
Residents also have access to the Royal Yacht Club of Ras Al Khaimah. Beach access, Al Hamra Marina, Al Hamra Mall and the 18-hole championship golf course are all close by.
Location in Al Hamra Village
Al Hamra Village spreads over 77 million sq ft of the Ras Al Khaimah coast, with 1.5 km of beaches, five resort hotels, four connected lagoons and a 200-berth marina. Al Hamra has been developing in the emirate since 2003.
From Al Hamra Greens, the Al Hamra Golf Course is a one-minute walk and RAK Central three minutes on foot. The Waldorf Astoria Ras Al Khaimah is three minutes away by car and The Ritz-Carlton Al Hamra Beach five. Al Marjan Island is about ten minutes’ drive, RAK Airport 30 minutes and Dubai International Airport 55 minutes.
