About the project
Bayview by Address Resorts is a residential project by Emaar Properties at Emaar Beachfront, the master-planned waterfront community in Dubai Harbour. Its towers look out over the Arabian Gulf, with wave-shaped facades, and every home is a fully furnished apartment carrying the Address Hotels + Resorts brand. Residents share a private beach, and the amenities draw on how Address runs its hotels.
The residences
The apartments on sale have one or two bedrooms, from about 731 square feet for a one-bedroom home and about 1,382 for a two-bedroom one. Layouts are open and flowing, finished in natural materials. The towers have restricted access, 24-hour security and covered parking, and the penthouses sit at the very top.
Amenities
The ninth floor is a podium reserved for residents. It has an infinity pool and wet deck facing the sea and Palm Jumeirah, a shaded pool deck with sun loungers, a shaded children's pool and play area, a raised lawn with barbecue pods, an outdoor kitchen, a roof garden and a gym. At ground level there are a waterfront plaza, the private beach, and shops and cafés.
Getting around
Emaar Beachfront has a 1.5 kilometre beach, two neighbourhood parks and direct access to Sheikh Zayed Road, with the marina and yacht club a short walk away. Dubai Marina is about 5 minutes from the towers, Downtown Dubai about 15, Al Fahidi District about 20, Dubai International Airport about 25 and Al Maktoum International Airport about 30.
Buying
The plan spreads 80% over eight instalments of 10% during construction, the first on booking, and leaves 20% for completion. Completion is estimated for the third quarter of 2028.
