Bloom Living Malaga is a neighbourhood of lakeside villas inside Bloom Living, the mixed-use community Bloom Holding is building in Zayed City, Abu Dhabi. Its houses follow Mediterranean Spanish architecture, and the homes on the water look straight across the community lake.
The villas on sale are six-bedroom homes from 5,542 sq ft (about 515 m²) over two floors. The standard plan asks for 10% on booking, 40% during construction and 50% on handover. A second plan moves more of the payment forward: 20% on booking, 50% during construction and 30% on handover.
Six bedrooms over two floors
The ground floor is set up for hosting. A living room, a separate dining room and a majlis open off the foyer, and a guest bedroom with its own bathroom sits on the same level. Cooking is split between a show kitchen and a service kitchen, with a laundry, storerooms, a maid’s room and a powder room behind them. The driver’s room, with a bathroom, stands apart from the house next to the carport.
Upstairs, the master bedroom has a dressing room and its own bathroom, and four more bedrooms, each with a bathroom, share the floor with a family room. The layout comes in two mirrored versions, Type A and Type B.
Every villa is finished to the Premium standard at no extra cost: designer porcelain tiles, non-fading washable textured paints, bespoke mosaics and imported laminates. Buyers who want more can pay for the Upgrade package, with polished marble, hardwood flooring, designer brass hardware and wood veneer doors, chosen at purchase or within 90 days of it. The villas come unfurnished, with fitted kitchens.
Life around the lake
Malaga sits on the shore of the lake at the centre of Bloom Living, and the developer puts the community’s facilities within a short walk. There are interconnected parks, walking and cycling paths along the water, and a main clubhouse with pools, sports and recreation. The Town Center brings restaurants, cafés, shops and services together, while multi-purpose amphitheatres and the Sunset and Sunrise Plazas give residents room to meet.
Zayed City, Abu Dhabi
Bloom Living is planned as a complete community in Zayed City, Abu Dhabi, with homes, shops and daily services in one place. Places of worship and two international schools are part of the plan, so a family in Malaga can keep school, errands and evenings out inside the same neighbourhood.
