The apartments
The release is made up of one- and two-bedroom homes. One-bedroom apartments measure 1,165 to 1,266 sq ft, and two-bedroom apartments 1,735 to 2,227 sq ft. The largest two-bedroom layout adds a maid's room and a laundry room, and every floor plan in the brochure has a balcony. Kitchens come fitted with built-in appliances. The apartments are handed over unfurnished, so owners can furnish them as they like. Residents also get access to a health club fitted with the latest gym equipment.
Location
Al Amrah has direct access to Emirates Road and Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road, the two routes that link this part of Ajman with Dubai and Sharjah. GJ's brochure gives these drive times from the building: 3 minutes to Al Hamediya Park, 10 minutes to Ajman City Centre, 15 minutes to Ajman Beach and to the Al Zorah Nature Reserve, 20 minutes to Al Amina Hospital and to Sharjah International Airport, and 26 minutes to Dubai International Airport.
Payment plan
Buyers pay 5% on booking and 35% in instalments while the building goes up. A further 10% falls due on handover in Q4 2028. The remaining 50% is spread over 50 months after handover, which means half of the price is paid once the apartment is already finished and in the owner's hands.
