Canterbury Waterfront is an off-plan apartment building by GFS Developments in Al Zorah, Ajman, on a plot inside the Al Zorah City master community. It has three basement levels for parking, a ground floor given over to shared facilities, eight residential floors and a roof. Handover is planned for Q1 2029.
The residences
The apartments on sale are studios from 323 sq ft, 1BR apartments from 501 sq ft and 2BR apartments from 755 sq ft, with the largest 2BR on the seventh floor reaching 1,255 sq ft. Every layout has an open living and dining room with a pantry kitchen, and each apartment opens onto a balcony or a terrace. A few 1BR plans on the upper floors add a separate study room. Depending on the side of the building, the windows look over the pool deck, the gardens and green area, or the road. Several 1BR and 2BR apartments on the sixth to eighth floors face the sea.
Amenities
The first floor is laid out around a swimming pool with an infinity edge and waterfalls, set between two sun decks, gardens and an outdoor seating area. A round water feature sits between the pool and the lift lobby. Downstairs, the main entrance lobby has a waiting area on each side and leads to a gym, a kids' play area, an outdoor cinema, a garden seating area and a meditation deck. Three lifts serve every floor, and residents park in the basements and on the ground floor.
Location and payment plan
Al Zorah lies on the Ajman coast, and on the developer's site plan the building has a green area along one side. GFS Developments offers a 64/36 payment plan: 20% on booking, 28% in instalments from October 2026 to January 2029, 16% on completion, and the last 36% after handover, paid between March 2029 and February 2032.
