Glorious Central Residences is a completed apartment building by Glorious Future, a Dubai developer whose projects are in Al Warsan and International City. It rises from a ground floor and podium to five residential floors, with a plain, modern exterior, and the homes are ready to move into.

Finishes are in neutral tones, and the apartments have large windows, built-in wardrobes and smart access. Each floor is laid out around a central common area, so apartments on the inner side look over the pool and gym, while those on the outer side face the road.
Amenities
Residents share a swimming pool, a green garden and a gym with covered and open-air areas, plus a yoga studio. Children have an indoor play area, and there is a table tennis corner, a barbecue area, a library and a coworking zone for anyone who works from home. A lobby and lifts serve all five residential floors.
Location in Al Warsan
The building stands on a plot in Warsan Fourth, part of Al Warsan, and the developer’s site plan places it close to Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road. Dragon Mart is about 12 minutes away by car, IMG Worlds of Adventure about 15 and Global Village about 17. Dubai International Airport is around 20 minutes from the door, and Downtown Dubai and Business Bay are about 25 minutes each.
