Lincoln Star Residence IV is an off-plan apartment building in Dubai South by Lincoln Star Real Estate Development, due for handover in Q2 2028. Its design is inspired by the French Collection, pairing classical proportions and careful detailing with practical modern interiors. The oval building has a ground floor, four residential floors and a rooftop level, and curved balconies with planters run around every floor.
The apartments
The homes on sale are 2BR apartments from 865 to 1,102 sq ft, along with a 1BR layout of 775 sq ft on the ground floor. Living and dining areas are open plan, with large windows that bring in daylight, and the bedrooms have fitted storage. Smart-home controls for lighting and temperature are built into each apartment. All the units on sale face the community, and the upper-floor layouts open onto balconies.
Rooftop and shared spaces

Payment plan and location
The main payment plan asks for 20% on booking and 20% during construction, then 20% on handover in Q2 2028. The remaining 40% is spread over 40 months after handover. A second plan takes 20% on booking and 80% on handover. From Dubai South, Expo City is about 10 minutes away by car, Al Maktoum International Airport about 15 minutes and Dubai Marina about 30 minutes.
