Mayfair Nexus is a low-rise residential community by Seven Mayfair Development in Wadi Al Safa 7, part of Dubai Lifestyle City. Nine buildings stand around a landscaped central space, each with a basement car park, a ground floor and four residential floors, and together they hold 434 apartments. Handover is planned for Q4 2028. Arabian Ranches 2 is about 10 minutes away by car, Sheikh Zayed Road 18 minutes and Mall of the Emirates 22 minutes. Business Bay, Downtown Dubai and Dubai Marina are all within about 25 minutes, and Dubai International Airport is 26 minutes away.
The apartments
The homes on sale are 1BR, 2BR and 3BR apartments on the first to fourth floors. One-bedroom layouts run from about 730 to 940 sq ft, two-bedroom homes from about 1,067 to 1,390 sq ft, and three-bedroom apartments from about 1,714 to 1,964 sq ft. The plans are open, with the living area leading out to a wide balcony, and the developer specifies smart home systems, warm-toned finishes and contemporary kitchens. Many of the apartments look over the amenity areas or the inner gardens of the community.
Amenities
Seven Mayfair lists more than 30 amenities across the site. For rest there is a spa with therapy rooms, a jacuzzi, a Zen garden and space for outdoor yoga. For exercise, a podium pool, a padel court, a jogging track and a health bar. Children have their own pool, and families can use the BBQ zones and family seating areas. Residents also share a cinema lounge, a business lounge, a residents' lounge and a community hall, along with a prayer hall, EV charging stations, visitor parking and a pet wash station. About 88,000 sq ft of shops, cafes and restaurants sits inside the development itself.
