Al Mamoura is a new, ambitious mixed-use master-planned community in Abu Dhabi, developed by Mira Developments together with AD Ports Group (a Plot Sale and Development Agreement signed in November 2025). It spans a master plan of roughly 2.76 million m² within AD Ports' Town Centre area (about 16 km²) along the Dubai–Abu Dhabi highway, with a total investment of over AED 55 billion across roughly a decade. The plan blends apartments, townhouses and luxury villas with a business complex, luxury hotels, golf courses, education (universities and schools), healthcare, cultural landmarks and one of the region's largest shopping malls — and is designed as a car-free "upper city" for a safer, more sustainable environment.
