Reeman Residence 01 is a compact apartment building by Towaiji Real Estate Development in Al Shamkha, Abu Dhabi. It stands inside Al Reeman, the community master-planned by Aldar Properties, where Towaiji builds as a sub-developer. There are 47 residences in all, set over a ground floor and five residential floors. The façade is contemporary: clean geometric lines, light and dark panels, recessed balconies and wide windows. The homes on sale now are one-bedroom apartments, and handover is planned for Q2 2027.
The one-bedroom apartments
Each apartment has one bedroom, one bathroom and a private balcony. The layouts on offer run from 666 to 747 sq ft (about 62 to 69 m²), on the first, third, fourth and fifth floors. The interiors keep to a calm, minimalist scheme of soft neutral colours, warm wood and marble-look surfaces. Every home comes wired with a KNX smart-home system, so the lights, lighting scenes and room-by-room air conditioning can be run from a wall panel or from a phone app, at home or away.
Pool, lobby and shared spaces
The entrance lobby is finished in marble, with custom pendant lights and a reception desk. On the ground floor an indoor swimming pool is framed by vertical gardens and lounge seating. Upstairs, the corridors have wood-panelled walls and linear lighting, and the lift surrounds are natural stone. Residents also share a gym, a garden and sitting areas, and the building has dedicated parking, central air conditioning, CCTV and 24/7 building services.
Location and payment plan
From Al Shamkha, Shamkha Mall is about 12 minutes by car and Abu Dhabi International Airport about 22 minutes. Yas Island is 28 minutes away and the Louvre Abu Dhabi 35. The payment plan starts with 10% on booking, followed by three instalments of 5% in December 2026, February 2027 and April 2027. In total 25% is paid during construction, and the remaining 75% falls due on handover.
