About the project
Wadi Hills is a new apartment building by HRE Development in Dubailand, Dubai. Above a basement and ground floor it has 12 residential floors of studios and one, two and three-bedroom apartments, with the amenity level on the roof. Construction is under way and completion is scheduled for 2028. HRE Development was founded in 2003, builds through its own construction company and has delivered more than 200 projects.
The apartments
Studios start at 369 sq ft, one-bedroom apartments at 665 sq ft and the two-bedroom layout at 1,117 sq ft. The three-bedroom homes measure about 1,488 sq ft, and a good share of that is a wide balcony. Every apartment on the floor plans has a balcony of its own. Rooms have floor-to-ceiling windows and generous storage, the finishes use warm, high-grade materials, and front doors open with a smart entry system. Each apartment comes with one parking space.
Amenities
The top floor is given over to shared facilities: an infinity-edge pool looking out over open views, a fully equipped gym, a sauna and wellness rooms. Children have play areas set among greenery. Downstairs, residents come home to a lobby with concierge service, and two passenger lifts and a service lift run through the building.
Location and payment plan
HRE Development puts Arabian Ranches and Nad Al Sheba about 7 minutes away by car, Meydan Golf Course and Dubai Design District 12 minutes, Downtown Dubai and Dubai Mall 15 minutes, and Dubai International Airport 18 minutes. The developer sees Wadi Hills as part of a wider plan for the area with parks, schools, shops and restaurants. The payment plan is 60/40. Buyers pay 20% on booking and 40% during construction, then 10% on handover. The last 30% is spread over 30 months after handover.
