BNW Developments Partners with Radisson for RAK Central
BNW Developments has partnered with Radisson Hotel Group to introduce the first Radisson Blu Hotel and Radisson Blu Residences in RAK Central, Ras Al Khaimah. This venture marks the brand’s entry into the emerging mixed-use district.
Project Launch and Details
The project was unveiled at an event attended by over 8,000 guests, including senior leaders and stakeholders from real estate and hospitality sectors. The development aims to anchor RAK Central as Ras Al Khaimah’s next commercial and lifestyle hub, integrating offices, residences, and hospitality.
BNW Developments, the largest private developer in Ras Al Khaimah, plans to expand its hospitality footprint with this project. The Radisson Blu Hotel will feature 361 keys and cater to both business and leisure travelers, offering amenities such as five food and beverage venues, a rooftop terrace, and a spa. Adjacent to the hotel, Radisson Blu Residences will include 222 branded residences with access to hotel services.
