Dubai Real Estate Transactions Reach AED11.85bn

Dubai’s real estate market recorded transactions worth AED11.85 billion ($3.2 billion) last week, as reported by the Land Department. Sales transactions accounted for AED8.47 billion ($2.3 billion) of this total.

Sales Transactions Overview

Between March 2 and 6, a total of 2,631 sales transactions were documented. Among the notable transactions were an apartment in Aman Residences in Jumeirah Second, which sold for AED422 million ($115 million), and an apartment in W Residences at Dubai Harbour in Marsa DXB district, sold for AED62.3 million ($17 million). Additionally, an apartment in Passo by Beyond in Palm Jumeirah was sold for AED61 million ($16.7 million).

Mortgage Deals

The Land Department data also indicated mortgage deals amounting to AED2.98 billion ($811 million) during the same period.
