What sets The Collective apart in its segment is the handover standard: every apartment arrives furnished and accessorised rather than as a bare shell, which is unusual for Dubai off-plan. With no completed building to inspect, the escrow account at Emirates Islamic Bank and the Dubai Land Department registration are the checks available to a buyer.

Delivery record

The Collective at Dubai South is the company's first project and has not been delivered yet. Construction began in August 2025 and the building is in its structural phase. The Dubai Land Department records the project as number 3888 with a completion date of 31 March 2028, which matches the marketed Q1 2028 handover, and buyer funds are held in an escrow account at Emirates Islamic Bank.
