Emerald Palace Group, or EPG, is a UAE developer of residential complexes, commercial property and infrastructure. Its hotel arm, EPG Hotels & Resorts, puts its name on the plans of Raffles Residences The Palm Dubai.

Raffles Residences The Palm Dubai, a building of residences and penthouses on the crescent of Palm Jumeirah. Its plans give every level an ocean side facing the open sea and a Palm side looking back over the island.

Residences of one to five bedrooms and three penthouses that each span the sixth, seventh and eighth floors. Penthouses 1 and 2 have a terrace pool with a waterfall, and Penthouse 3 has a pool terrace and a jacuzzi.

The building carries the Raffles brand, and residents have butler and concierge service, a spa, a gym, a yoga studio, a cinema, a library, beach cabanas and valet parking.

The plans show terraces, master bedrooms with their own wardrobe rooms, and powder rooms. Larger layouts add a maid's room, a laundry and a technical kitchen, and some have a private pool, an office and a study.
