Raffles Residences The Palm Dubai is a building of residences and penthouses by Emerald Palace Group (EPG) on the crescent of Palm Jumeirah, with Raffles as its hotel brand partner. The developer's floor plans mark two faces on every level: an ocean side that looks out to sea, and a Palm side that looks back across the island. Each home on sale sits on one side or takes in both.
Residences and penthouses
The residences have one to five bedrooms. One-bedroom homes start at 1,637 sq ft, two bedrooms at 1,819 sq ft and three bedrooms at 2,488 sq ft, and the four and five-bedroom homes are much larger again. The plans show terraces, master bedrooms with their own wardrobe rooms, and powder rooms. The bigger layouts add a maid's room, a laundry and a technical kitchen, and a few have a private swimming pool, an office and a study. Above them, three penthouses each run over the sixth, seventh and eighth floors. Penthouses 1 and 2 mirror each other: a library and a 527.43 sq m terrace with a pool and a waterfall on the first level, a master suite with a steam room on the second, and a roof lounge on the third. Penthouse 3, in the middle of the building, has a jacuzzi and a wine store, and a pool terrace of 544 sq m on its seventh floor.
Raffles services and amenities
The amenity list includes a spa, a gym, a yoga studio, a shared pool and a children's pool, a cinema, a library, a kids' play area, a coworking zone and conference rooms, with restaurants, cafes and shops in the building. Residents can call on butler and concierge service, laundry and dry cleaning, a personal chef and a sommelier. On the beach there are cabanas and water sports. Parking is covered, with valet service.
Payment plan
Emerald Palace Group sells Raffles Residences The Palm Dubai on a 75/25 plan. Buyers pay a 10% down payment, then 40% one month after booking and 25% six months after booking, so 75% is paid within the first six months. The remaining 25% is due on completion.
