Evera Development is a new Dubai developer based in Dubai Hills Estate, on the Dubai Land Department's register as developer number 2057. Its first building is already finished. Olivo Park Residences, in District 10 of Jumeirah Village Circle, holds 114 apartments over ten residential floors, with Bosch appliances in the kitchens and Casa Milano bathrooms. Three more follow it: Galleria Residences and Arche Residences in Dubai South, and Merdan Residences in Dubai Sports City.

Evera has one finished building in Dubai, so Olivo Park is the clearest read on what the company builds. It runs to ten residential floors over three levels of covered parking, and there are 114 apartments in it: 72 one-bedroom, 39 two-bedroom, and three two-bedroom with a maid's room. Evera publishes the fittings brand by brand. Bosch appliances go into the kitchens, the bathrooms are Casa Milano down to the sanitaryware, the mixers are Due Gi and the mirror units Birex, and the windows are Alumil. The anticipated service charge is AED 133.75 to AED 176.55 per square metre, which is roughly AED 12.4 to AED 16.4 per square foot.

Olivo Park Residences is finished, and the Dubai Land Department's project register records it as such. It is the only building Evera has completed so far. Galleria Residences in Dubai South is due to hand over in the fourth quarter of 2027, Arche Residences in the same district follows in the third quarter of 2028, and Merdan Residences has been announced in Dubai Sports City.

Evera's first building, and the only one it has finished. Olivo Park sits in District 10 of Jumeirah Village Circle and runs to ten residential floors, with three levels of covered parking holding 149 spaces. There are 114 apartments. The 72 one-bedroom homes run from 64.1 to 76.6 sq m, the 39 two-bedroom from 106.9 to 189.6 sq m, and three two-bedroom apartments with a maid's room from 175.7 to 238 sq m. Kitchens have Bosch appliances and the bathrooms are Casa Milano. Residents share a swimming pool and a children's pool, a sauna and a steam room, a gym, a barbecue area and a lobby lounge, and eight commercial units in the building include a mini-market, a cafe and a flower shop.

A low-rise building in Dubai South, within reach of Al Maktoum International Airport and the Expo City district. It holds one and two-bedroom apartments, most of them with a balcony or terrace, sold freehold. One-bedroom homes start at AED 990,000 and two-bedroom at AED 1,390,000. The payment plans differ by size: a one-bedroom is 40 per cent across construction and 60 on handover, a two-bedroom 30 and 70. Handover is set for the third quarter of 2028.
