About the project
Galleria Residences is a low-rise apartment building by Evera Development in the residential district of Dubai South, the master-planned city that the developer describes as built around Al Maktoum International Airport. A ground level, four residential floors and an amenity roof hold 64 apartments, each with its own parking space. The renders show a white facade wrapped in curved balconies with glass rails and planting along the upper terraces. On Evera's map, Expo City Dubai is 15 to 20 minutes away, Dubai Marina and Palm Jumeirah 20 to 40 minutes, and Burj Khalifa and Dubai International Airport 40 to 50 minutes. Completion is estimated for Q4 2027.
The apartments
The homes on sale are studios, one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments on floors 1 to 4, and every layout has a balcony. Studios measure 525 to 537 sq ft including the balcony, with an open kitchen and breakfast counter, the sleeping area by the window and a separate bathroom. One-bedroom apartments run from 766 to 955 sq ft. In the compact plan the living room and the bedroom sit side by side along one long balcony, while the larger corner layout has a balcony wrapping two sides of the home. Two-bedroom apartments measure 1,243 to 1,250 sq ft, with an open kitchen and dining area, a laundry space and a balcony of more than 210 sq ft edged with planting.
Amenities
The roof is given over to residents, with an infinity pool and a deck of seating areas. The building also has a fitness centre, a yoga and meditation space, a sauna and steam zone, a children's play area, a barbecue area and landscaped green space.
Payment plan
Studios are sold on a 50/50 plan: 10% on booking, 10% on signing the SPA, 30% in June 2027 and the remaining 50% on completion. One-bedroom apartments follow a 40/60 plan (10% on booking, 10% on signing, 10% in March 2027 and 10% in August 2027, then 60% on completion), and two-bedroom apartments a 30/70 plan (10% on booking, 10% on signing, 10% in June 2027 and 70% on completion).
