In Egypt, LMD leads with standout developments like One Ninety in New Cairo. This project includes W Residences Cairo and W Cairo Hotel, a first in Africa. Other notable projects include Three-Sixty, Aria in Mostakbal City, and Zoya by the Mediterranean in Ghazala Bay. Layan showcases French architectural influence in a serene, green setting.

Stei8ht presents a fresh concept in villa living, offering low-density homes in New Cairo. This development highlights privacy, luxury, and community-focused design.

LMD expanded internationally in 2011 by establishing Continental Investment Company in Dubai. Its Dubai portfolio includes Continental Tower in Dubai Marina and Rukan in Dubailand. In Spain, LMD developed 91 Muntaner in central Barcelona. The company is also preparing to launch in Greece, marking continued global growth.
