Batumi Concept by LS Group, Old Town Batumi

Batumi Concept is a boutique residential building at 27 to 29 Vazha-Pshavela Street, in the Old Town of Batumi. It rises eight floors with forty apartments, from about 52 m² to 169 m², so each floor holds only a handful of homes. Supermarkets, the Hopa market, parks and walking alleys are around it.

The building is finished with care for its size. The façade is lined with natural stone and bronze details, the windows and doors are aluminium with double-layer energy-efficient glass, and the partitions are energy-efficient blocks with sound insulation. The Kone lift has air purification, an uninterruptible power supply and video control, the waterproofing is SIKA, and the building is connected to gas.

Residents share a lobby, a rooftop terrace with green areas and a sports area, video surveillance of the common areas around the clock, and an underground car park with 40 cm monolithic walls and charging for electric cars, plus bicycle parking for everyone. Apartments are handed over in white frame or turnkey, and LS Group sells with a 30% down payment. Completion is planned for the end of 2026.
