About the project
Piazza Residence is Tower Group's project at 59 Vakhtang Gorgasali Street in Old Batumi, a ten-minute walk from the sea, with Europe Square, Batumi Piazza and the seaside boulevard close by. Its idea is in its name: the building is arranged around a private piazza with Venetian-style fountains, framed by restaurants and cafés.
History is part of the plan too. A 119-year-old building stands inside the project area, and Tower Group is restoring it as part of the development. Around the piazza come commercial spaces and concept stores, a supermarket and a pharmacy, and for residents a gym, co-working spaces, a children's play area and a terrace, with underground parking and a concierge service around the clock. The façade is a ventilated system.
Apartments run from studios to three-bedroom homes. Central Management Group, Tower Group's partner, manages apartments and lets them for owners who want an income from their home. Tower Group sells with 20% down and the balance over 29 months, interest-free.
