About the project
Panorama Del Mare is a 49-floor residential tower by Tower Group in Makhinjauri, in the area known as BNZ. It stands about 20 metres from the city's artificial island and 50 metres from the Black Sea, five minutes from the centre of Batumi and the Botanical Garden and fifteen from the airport. It belongs to Panorama City, which joins Panorama, Grand Central and Panorama Del Mare in one resort and business complex.
Apartments face either the island or the mountains, from studios of about 32 m² to one-bedrooms of up to 66 m², balcony included. Construction starts in 2026, the main works run from 2027 to 2029, the façade follows in 2030 and completion is planned for 2031. During the first sales stage, Tower Group offers 20% down and the balance over sixty months, interest-free.
