About the project
Arada Safa Parkview is a collection of one, two and three-bedroom apartments by Arada in Aljada, the master-planned community the developer calls the downtown of new Sharjah. The buildings stand beside Aljada’s main outdoor sports complex, and West Boulevard, a tree-lined street of shops and restaurants, is just outside the front door.
The project is off plan and follows a 30/70 payment plan: 5% on booking, 25% during construction and the remaining 70% on handover, which is scheduled for the second quarter of 2028.
The apartments
One-bedroom apartments measure 1,069 sq ft. Two-bedroom homes run from 1,233 to 1,861 sq ft, and the three-bedroom family apartments start at 2,717 sq ft and reach 2,811 sq ft. Homes are spread over the first to ninth floors.
Smart home features come as standard in every apartment, and each kitchen is fitted with a cooking range, hood and washer-dryer from a premium European manufacturer. Many of the apartments also have a winter garden, which opens the living room out towards the balcony and makes the space feel larger.
Pool, gym and sport
Residents get a gym and a swimming pool reserved for them alone. Next door, Aljada’s main outdoor sports complex sits in a landscaped park, with a full-size football pitch, several five-a-side pitches and courts for padel tennis, basketball, volleyball and badminton.
Living in Aljada
Most of daily life is within walking distance. Raffles Aljada International School is two minutes away on foot. Madar, the family entertainment complex with its skate park, food truck park and drive-in cinema, is five minutes on foot, the Naseej cultural district ten and Arada CBD, Aljada’s business district, fifteen.
By car, City Centre Al Zahia is about two minutes from Aljada, University City three minutes and Sharjah International Airport five. Dubai International Airport is around 20 minutes away.
