About the project
Artesia is a group of four towers by DAMAC Properties on the western edge of DAMAC Hills, Dubai, built along the community's championship golf course. Tower A is a hotel, Towers B, C and D hold serviced apartments, and all four come with hotel-standard service. The project is complete and ready to move into.
Hotel suites and serviced apartments
The homes on sale are studios from 478 sq ft, one-bedroom apartments from 553 sq ft and two-bedroom apartments from 1,235 sq ft. In the hotel tower, the studios and one- and two-bedroom suites have designed interiors and generous bathrooms. The serviced apartments come with their own equipped kitchens and suit people who live there full time as well as guests staying a few nights or a few months. DAMAC planned the towers to look out over the golf course.
Amenities and the community
Artesia has its own gym, spa and swimming pool, with restaurants, cafés, shops and covered parking on site. Beyond the towers, DAMAC Hills covers 42 million sq ft: an 18-hole, par 71 championship golf course with a clubhouse, parkland, landscaped gardens, walking paths and cycle tracks. On the developer's map the community sits between Hessa Street and Al Qudra Road, next to Arabian Ranches, with the main roads into the city a short drive away.
Payment plan
Artesia is sold on a 36-month plan. You pay 20% on booking, then 56% in instalments from the third to the 24th month after booking, and the last 24% between the 27th and 36th months.
