About the project
Artistry Residences is a pair of towers by Select Group in Dubai Design District, known as d3. Inside are one, two and three-bedroom apartments and four-bedroom duplex penthouses on the top floors. Depending on the side of the building, windows face the Dubai Canal and Burj Khalifa, the Sheikh Zayed Road skyline, or d3 and the Ras Al Khor sanctuary. Handover is planned for Q1 2029.
The residences
One-bedroom apartments start at 741 sq ft. Two-bedroom layouts run from 910 to 1,702 sq ft, and some of them have a maid's room. Every three-bedroom home has one, at 1,964 to 1,988 sq ft. These apartments have 3 m ceilings and kitchens fitted with Teka appliances. The penthouses start at 4,663 sq ft and are laid out over two levels, with 4 m ceilings in the living room and bedrooms, a study, a maid's room, two separate entrances and a Miele kitchen. Each opens onto a large terrace with a private plunge pool, and two of them also have a rooftop terrace of their own.
Amenities
The ground floor holds a residents' lounge, a co-working area, a multipurpose room, a padel court, a family lawn and pavilion, an outdoor games area and a children's play area. On the first floor there is a horizon pool with a sun deck and a separate pool for children. Each tower also has an amenities floor higher up, level 21 in Tower One and level 22 in Tower Two, with an infinity lap pool looking over the city, a gym with a private training studio and outdoor fitness space, and a thermal spa with sauna, steam room and ice baths. The building offers concierge and valet parking.
Location and payment plan
From d3 there is quick access to Business Bay, Downtown Dubai and DIFC, and Al Ain Road, Ras Al Khor Road and Al Khail Road are close by. Select Group puts Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall 8 minutes away by car, DIFC 12 minutes, Dubai International Airport 15 and Palm Jumeirah 28. The plan splits the price 50/50: 20% on booking, three payments of 10% at 6, 12 and 18 months after reservation, and the remaining 50% on handover. Select Group was founded in 2002 and has handed over more than 7,000 homes.
