The 2BR apartment
The layout on sale at Azizi Plaza is a 2BR of about 1,528 sq ft on the first floor. Azizi's first-floor plans give the two-bedroom homes three bathrooms, a kitchen beside the living room and a private terrace, whose shape differs from one unit to the next. In the developer's renders the interiors are light and plain, with tiled floors and floor-to-ceiling windows that open the living room and bedrooms to the city.
Amenities
The first floor is also the building's leisure deck. Azizi put the swimming pool here, lined with sun loungers and parasols, along with a timber pergola with lounge seating, a gym and a landscaped garden. Living on this level means the pool and the garden are a few steps from the front door.

Azizi calls Al Furjan one of Dubai's most popular residential districts, and the developer has already delivered a long list of buildings here, among them Candace Acacia, Orchid and Roy Mediterranean. Its location map puts Al Furjan Metro Station a minute away by car, Ibn Battuta Mall 5 minutes, Jebel Ali Free Zone 7, Dubai Marina and JBR 10, and Palm Jumeirah and Al Maktoum International Airport 15.
