About the project
Riviera Beachfront is a set of three apartment towers by Azizi Developments in Azizi Riviera, the Mediterranean-styled community in Meydan, MBR City. Azizi Riviera has 75 buildings, and Beachfront is the part that looks straight out over the Crystal Lagoon and its white sand beach. The towers are finished, so the homes are ready to move into.
The residences
Each tower has 20 residential floors above a ground floor and three basement levels, with towers named A, B and C. The homes on sale are studios and one-bedroom apartments, and all of them face the Crystal Lagoon. Studios start at 396 sq ft and one-bedroom apartments at 643 sq ft. On Azizi's typical plans both layouts open onto a balcony, and the one-bedroom balcony is six metres long. Panoramic glazing lets plenty of daylight in. The lower levels hold commercial space, and a shop unit is on sale there too.
Amenities
Residents share a swimming pool, a gym, tennis and basketball courts, a yoga area and a zen garden. Children get their own play area, and there are barbecue spots, landscaped gardens, jogging tracks and a bike path. The lagoon beach is part of daily life here, with water sports and walks along the sand. Outside the towers, Azizi Riviera is built around a boulevard modelled on the French Riviera, lined with cafés, restaurants, boutiques and everyday shops.
Location and payment plan
By Azizi's figures, Meydan Racecourse is a minute away, Dubai Design District 5 minutes, Downtown Dubai 7 minutes, and DXB airport, DIFC and Business Bay about 10 minutes. Palm Jumeirah is 20 minutes away. The payment plan asks for a 20% down payment, with the remaining 80% due on handover.
