About the project
Beach House at Bay Residences is a completed beachfront development by RAK Properties in Mina Al Arab, Ras Al Khaimah. It consists of two low-rise buildings, Beach House 1 and Beach House 2, set on the sand at Bay Residences, and the terraces of the homes lead straight onto the beach. The homes now offered are three-bedroom townhouses in Beach House 2, each laid out over a ground floor and a mezzanine.
The townhouses
Sizes run from about 271 to 363 square metres (2,917 to 3,906 sq ft), balconies included. Every townhouse has three en-suite bedrooms, a powder room, a laundry closet and a maid's room with its own bathroom. The living and dining area sits under a double-height void and opens onto a terrace facing the sea. One bedroom is on the ground floor; the master bedroom and the second bedroom are upstairs on the mezzanine, and the larger plan gives the ground-floor bedroom a terrace of its own. RAK Properties specifies large-format porcelain tiles in the living areas, engineered wood floors and wardrobes with concealed lighting in the bedrooms, and painted gypsum ceilings with cove lights. Kitchens have reconstituted stone counters, wood veneer cabinets with bronze tinted glass, and a built-in hob, oven, hood and dishwasher, with white goods to European standards. Bathrooms are finished in porcelain tiles with stone counters and glass showers.
Amenities and the area
Residents have a private beach, infinity pools, a gym, jogging trails and landscaped gardens, with dining and retail on site. Mina Al Arab is home to the InterContinental Mina Al Arab Resort and Spa and the Anantara Resort and Spa, and the developer's newer additions to the community include a boulevard, a harbour and a yacht club with a marina. Flamingos and more than 60 other bird species live in the mangroves around Mina Al Arab. Ras Al Khaimah is a short drive from Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
Payment plan
Construction is complete and the townhouses are ready to move into. The plan is 20/80: 20% on booking and the remaining 80% on handover. RAK Properties, established in 2005, is the developer that launched Mina Al Arab.
