Emaar Dubai Creek Residences in Creek Harbour, Dubai

Dubai Creek Residences is a group of six waterfront towers by Emaar Properties on the promenade of Dubai Creek Harbour. They stand in the Island District, the part of the master plan that reaches out from the shore into the creek, and rise up to 40 storeys above a shared podium. Emaar, the developer behind Downtown Dubai and Dubai Marina, has finished the towers, so the apartments on sale are ready 2BR homes.

The 2BR apartments

The 2BR apartments on sale measure 1,567 to 1,636 sq ft, and the 1,636 sq ft layout comes with a private terrace. Emaar finished the interiors in stone, wood and other natural materials, which gives the rooms a warm, earthy palette. The towers were planned around the water, and Emaar's own brochure puts the creek and the city skyline in the view from the windows.

Amenities and the Island District

Within the development there is covered parking, an adult pool with a deck, a separate children's pool, a gym and a daycare facility, plus a lobby and 24-hour security. Step outside the podium and the Island District has its own promenade, a marina and yacht club, hotels, shops and restaurants. Dubai Creek Harbour also borders Ras Al Khor Wildlife Sanctuary, a 620 hectare wetland known for its flamingos.

Payment plan

Dubai Creek Residences is sold on a 20/80 plan: 20% on booking and the remaining 80% on handover. The building is already complete, so there is no construction period between signing and getting the keys.
