Emaar Harbour Gate in Creek Harbour, Dubai

Harbour Gate is a completed pair of residential towers by Emaar Properties on Creek Island, in Dubai Creek Harbour. The two towers rise from a shared podium with a pool deck between them, and the whole development faces a large landscaped park. Construction is finished, so the apartments on sale are ready for their owners to move in. All of them are three-bedroom homes.

The residences

Each home on sale at Harbour Gate is a 3BR apartment of about 1,639 sq ft (152 sq m). In Emaar's plan for this layout, the front door opens into a foyer with a powder room and a utility room close by. The kitchen has its own laundry space and sits next to the dining area, and the living and dining rooms open onto a balcony that runs their full width. The master bedroom has its own bathroom with a bath and a separate shower. Two more bedrooms and two more bathrooms sit along the corridor. Emaar's interior renders show the living rooms and bedrooms with floor-to-ceiling glass.

Amenities

The podium between the towers holds a swimming pool with a timber sun deck and loungers. The gym is split into areas for yoga, running and cycling, and the lift lobbies are finished in marble. At street level the entrance opens onto a paved plaza with fountains and a café terrace, and the park in front of the towers has lawns, palm trees and footpaths.

Location and payment plan

Dubai Creek Harbour lies along the shore of Dubai Creek and is laid out with parks, jogging and cycling tracks and waterfront promenades. Creek Marina, with its promenade, shops, restaurants and berths for yachts, is a short walk from Harbour Gate. Downtown Dubai and Dubai International Airport are about 10 to 15 minutes away by car. The payment plan is 20/80: 20% on booking and the remaining 80% on handover of the apartment.
