About the project
Expo Valley Views - Roudah is an apartment building in Expo Valley, part of Expo City in Dubai. It is developed by Expo City Dubai, the government developer that built the Expo 2020 site, and it is under construction for handover in Q4 2029. The building follows the slope of the valley: podiums, terraces and courtyards step up from the ground in sand and stone tones, with shaded paths and running water between them. Al Wasl Plaza and Terra are close by, Dubai Exhibition Centre is moments away, and Al Maktoum International Airport is a short drive.
The residences
Roudah has one, two and three bedroom apartments on floors one to nine. One bedroom homes start at 890 sq ft, two bedroom homes come in four layouts from 1,337 sq ft, and the three bedroom homes, in two layouts, start at 1,820 sq ft. These areas include the balcony, and every plan has one. Large windows bring in daylight, and private terraces look out over the valley. Buyers choose between two interior palettes: Timeless Elegance, a monochrome scheme built on contrast and texture, and Calm Canvas, with soft neutrals and natural materials.
Amenities
The shared facilities sit on the ground floor and the podium. The ground floor has a main gym, an indoor kids' club, a multipurpose hall, an indoor games room, prayer rooms, plunge pools and an events lawn. Up on the podium are the main swimming pool, an infinity edge pool, a lap pool and a children's pool, along with a satellite gym, yoga areas, barbecue and outdoor dining spaces, play areas and a community plaza with cafés. The gardens use native planting, smart irrigation and water reuse, following Expo City Dubai's sustainability principles and the UAE's Net Zero 2050 target.
