About the project
Harbour Lights is a 52-storey residential tower by DAMAC Properties on the seafront of Maritime City in Dubai. DAMAC designed it with the Geneva luxury brand de GRISOGONO, and the building takes its cues from the sea and from luxury cruise ships, from the lobby to the pools. The tower is sold off-plan, with handover planned for Q2 2027.
The residences
The 2BR layout on sale measures 2,051 sq ft and sits on the 51st floor, high up in the tower. DAMAC finishes its interiors in beige and blue, with white and gold detailing on the ceilings and walls and large windows that look out to sea. Kitchens come fully equipped. The apartments are handed over unfurnished, so buyers can furnish them their own way.
Amenities
The cruise ship idea carries into the shared spaces. DAMAC plans large sea-facing swimming pools, including a pool terrace set into the side of the tower. de GRISOGONO's signature style runs through the common areas: the lobby has white marble floors with blue wave-shaped inlays, fluted blue wall panels and suspended glass chandeliers. Residents also have a fitness room, a supermarket and security on site.
Location and payment plan
Dubai Maritime City lies between Port Rashid and Drydocks World and brings the city's maritime industry together in one district, and Harbour Lights rises on its waterfront. DAMAC sells the apartments on a 50/50 plan: 20% on booking, 30% during construction and the remaining 50% on handover in Q2 2027.
