About the project
Hayat 6 is a gated phase of family townhouses and twin villas by Dubai South Properties, part of the Hayat master-planned community in Dubai South. The wider community covers 10 million square metres, with lagoons, a community lake and landscaped parks. Construction is under way, with handover planned for Q1 2029.
The homes
Buyers choose between four-bedroom townhouses, five-bedroom townhouses and five-bedroom twin villas, which are semi-detached. Every home has a private garden and open-plan living areas, plus versatile rooms that a family can arrange around the way it lives. The developer took its cue from nature for the architecture: clean lines, natural materials and soft tones. Inside, the layouts are planned to let in as much daylight as possible, and each townhouse is placed to give its owners privacy while keeping them close to the rest of the neighbourhood.
Life in the community
Tree-lined pathways and shaded walking trails run through the neighbourhood and link the homes to parks, family play areas and outdoor recreation spaces. Residents share swimming pools and landscaped gardens, fitness and wellness facilities, and gathering spaces for meeting neighbours. The Hayat community also has its own neighbourhood mall and retail boulevard, so shops, cafés and daily essentials are within walking distance.
