Latitude 25 is a new Grade A commercial office development by Karma Development in Liwan, Dubai. It offers premium office spaces with 35 amenities and a flexible payment structure designed for investors and end users alike. Karma is collecting EOIs now, and the launch is expected in November.
The offices
Offices start at about 500 square feet and go beyond 1,400, in sizes of 500 to 600, 600 to 800, 800 to 1,000, 1,000 to 1,200 and 1,200 to 1,400 square feet. Many of the offices on the floor plans come with a balcony.
Payment plan
Latitude 25 is sold on a 30/70 plan: 5% as a down payment, another 5% within a month together with the 4% DLD fee, 20% in monthly payments of 1% from the fifth to the 24th month after booking, and 70% on handover, expected in the fourth quarter of 2029.
