Lyra is an upcoming residential tower by Majid Al Futtaim in Wadi Al Safa 4, Dubai. It will offer one and two-bedroom apartments, and completion is planned for Q2 2030.
The apartments
There are four layouts: one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments, and a version of each with an extra room, listed as 1.5BR and 2.5BR. The extra room can serve as a study. In the renders, the tower rises in a light frame of vertical lines with balconies, above mature trees and a landscaped garden.
Before the launch
Lyra has not opened for sale. Buyers can register their interest now and receive the floor plans, the payment plan and the release details as soon as Majid Al Futtaim announces them.
