Majestine is a finished residential building by DAMAC Properties in Business Bay, Dubai, and its apartments are sold furnished as serviced homes. The developer's brochure gives the drive times: 8 minutes to Dubai World Trade Centre, 9 minutes to The Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa, 9 minutes to Jumeirah Beach, 10 minutes to Mall of the Emirates and 13 minutes to Dubai International Airport. As the building is complete, there is no instalment plan: the buyer pays 100% on booking.
