About the project
Mantra Jacob & Co Residences is the first Jacob & Co. branded residence in Ras Al Khaimah, developed by Mantra Properties on Al Marjan Island. The building stands on a double corner plot with a direct link to the island’s park and beach. Its curved glass façades and flowing terraces were drawn with the watchmaker’s timepieces in mind.
Studios and one-bedroom apartments are on sale off plan. Half the price is paid in instalments during construction, the first of them a 20% down payment on reservation, and the other half is due on handover. Mantra, founded in 2007, has completed 18 projects in India and is now building in the UAE.
The residences
Studios start at 302 sq ft (about 28 m²). The one-bedroom apartments measure 821 sq ft (76 m²), and 206 sq ft of that is balcony. Living rooms have floor-to-ceiling windows and high ceilings, and the curved glass façade brings daylight deep into each home.
Kitchens are fully fitted with Italian-crafted cabinetry and premium appliances, and the bedrooms have Italian-made wardrobes. Bathrooms use Bagnodesign fixtures with stone surfaces and anti-fog mirrors. Every home comes with smart-home features, smart locks among them, and heat-resistant glass. Balconies have curved glass railings and, depending on the unit, face the sea, the park and beach, Wynn Al Marjan Island, Al Marjan World or the pool and podium.
Amenities from the lobby to the roof
The ground floor holds The Lounge @ Jacob & Co., luxury retail with a watch boutique, and high-end dining. The podium has a glass-bottom swimming pool, a kids’ play zone, a golf simulator, sauna and steam rooms and a multipurpose lounge. The rooftop is given over to an infinity pool, a sunset bar and deck, sunken lounges, island seating, a Zen garden and the gym.
Location on Al Marjan Island
Al Marjan Island covers 2.7 square kilometres off the coast of Ras Al Khaimah, with 7.8 kilometres of coastline lined with resorts, marinas and restaurants. From the building, the beach, the park, Al Marjan World and Al Marjan Beach Club are each about a minute away.
Wynn Al Marjan Island is five minutes by car, Al Hamra Mall nine and Al Hamra Golf Club ten. The building has direct access to the E611 and E311, and Dubai International Airport is roughly an hour’s drive.
