DAMAC's brochure presents it as DAMAC Hills 2 Hotel, an Edge by Rotana managed property with 295 rooms and suites, and the units offered for sale are studios and one-bedroom apartments on floors 1 to 13.
Studios and one-bedroom units
Studios start at 346 sq ft and reach about 475 sq ft. One-bedroom units start at 481 sq ft, and the largest come close to 788 sq ft. The hotel divides its 295 keys into king rooms, twin rooms, spacious king rooms and one-bedroom king suites, and the suites add a living room with a sofa. Every room type has a balcony, a work desk and a bathroom with a walk-in shower or a bathtub. The brochure also lists a 55-inch LED TV, a minibar fridge, a safety box and complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi in each room.
Hotel facilities and the community
On site there is the Urban Bar Deli, an all-day restaurant and casual bar serving breakfast, lunch and dinner, to eat in or take away. The gym is the Bodylines Fitness & Wellness Club, the two outdoor pools are temperature controlled and suit adults and children alike, and four meeting rooms with flexible set-ups have an IT team on hand. Outside the hotel, DAMAC Hills 2 has Water Town, with a wave simulator, a lazy river and Malibu Beach, and Sports Town, with cricket nets, tennis and padel courts and an outdoor gym. A fishing lake, a petting farm, an outdoor cinema and a paintball arcade are part of the community too. DAMAC says Al Qudra Road brings you to the community gates in about 25 minutes, and Global Village, IMG Worlds of Adventure, Expo City Dubai and Dubai Outlet Mall are a short drive away.
Payment plan
The building is finished, yet DAMAC still spreads the payments over three years. Buyers pay 20% on booking, then 56% in instalments from the 3rd to the 24th month after booking, and the remaining 24% between the 27th and the 36th month. So 80% of the price at Navitas Hotel & Residences is paid in instalments after booking, on a unit that is already built.
