About the project
Elo 2 is the second tower of DAMAC’s Elo development in DAMAC Hills 2, Dubai. Above a ground floor and a podium it has fourteen residential floors, and its curved outline carries a run of private balconies down one side, looking out over the parkland below.
The apartments now on sale are all two-bedroom homes, from 971 sq ft. The 60/40 plan asks for 5% on booking and 10% a month later, then spreads the rest of the construction share in smaller instalments up to month 24. The final 40% is paid on completion.
Two-bedroom apartments
Sizes in this release run from 971 to 1,037 sq ft. Each apartment has its own balcony, and DAMAC’s floor plans turn the layouts towards either the park or the pool.
Inside, the developer has gone for a light, modern look, with large windows that bring in a lot of daylight and a pale palette that keeps the rooms calm. At this size the layouts suit a small family, or a couple who want a spare room or a home office.
Amenities in the tower
The pool is the heart of the shared spaces. It has a swim-up bar, and there is a barbecue area beside it for evenings outdoors. Residents also get a gym, a climbing wall, an outdoor cinema and a children’s play area, so most everyday leisure is a lift ride away.
Living in DAMAC Hills 2
DAMAC Hills 2 is laid out as three towns. Water Town has Malibu Beach, a wave pool, a lazy river, water slides and a splash pad, and you can learn to surf there. Sports Town is set up for running, tennis, padel, cricket, volleyball, basketball and football, and there is a paintball park too. Down Town is the quieter part, with a Zen garden for yoga, a hedge maze, a fishing lake, a petting farm and a dog park.
A supermarket, cafes and a medical centre are close by for daily needs. The community is linked to four major highways, and Al Qudra Road leads to its gates. DAMAC gives these drive times: DAMAC Hills in 15 minutes, Global Village, IMG Worlds of Adventure and Dubai Outlet Mall in 25, Al Maktoum International Airport in 30 and Dubai International Airport in 35.
