About the project
DAMAC Casa is a residential tower by DAMAC Properties in Media City, Dubai, on a plot just south of the Palm Jumeirah trunk and beside Sheikh Zayed Road. DAMAC built the concept around a vertical island: curved pool terraces and planting wrap the facade, and the themes of islands, sea life, palm trees and sunsets carry from the aquarium hall at the entrance up to the pools on the crown. The tower has 43 residential floors above two podium levels, and handover is planned for the second quarter of 2028.
The residences
The homes on sale are 1BR from 1,061 sq ft, 2BR from 1,856 sq ft, 3BR from 2,011 sq ft and 4BR from 3,886 sq ft. The 1BR homes are on the podium levels and open onto wide balconies. On the typical floors, DAMAC's plan marks the side of the tower that looks towards Palm Jumeirah and the sea. Every home has double-glazed windows, central air conditioning, porcelain floors and wardrobes in all bedrooms, and the kitchen comes fitted with stone counters, a cooker, hood, refrigerator and washing machine. The largest 3BR and 4BR homes follow DAMAC's Super Luxury specification, with marble floors in the living areas and a pool on the terrace where the unit plan shows one.
Amenities
Residents arrive through an aquarium drop-off into a lobby 4.5 m high. The podium rooftop has beach cabanas, a swimming pool, an aqua gym, an aqua spa with sauna, steam room and jacuzzi, scuba simulators with VR headsets, aqua art, a palm garden, barbecue and dining areas, chill-out lounges and a kids' area. DAMAC also plans an artificial beach and a sketch aquarium. At the top of the tower, the crown level holds an island pool, a second swimming pool, a rain room and floating beds. Residents check in to collect bracelets for their bookings, and the cabanas are open to bracelet holders only.
Location and payment plan
Dubai Marina, Dubai Harbour, Bluewaters, Madinat Jumeirah and Mall of the Emirates are all close by, and the brochure puts Al Khail Metro Station 8 minutes away, with the Palm Jumeirah Tram and Jumeirah Road nearby. The brochure also lists the offices of Google, Microsoft, Oracle, CNN and Reuters nearby, along with several universities. DAMAC sells the homes on a 60/40 plan: 20% on booking, 40% during construction and the remaining 40% on handover.
